WE SOURCE THE CARRIERS.
YOU MOVE THE FREIGHT
Every single day brokers and shippers lose out on opportunities due to wasted time trying to find the right carriers.
Just the act of identifying the right carriers by trailer types, preferred lanes, and specializations are so time consuming and costly that companies just wait until the last minute to source trucks for opportunities that could be the difference between a good year and a bad year; and by that time your efforts become a tale of too little, too late.
A NEW WAY TO SOURCE CARRIERS
WHY WE CREATED CARRIERLISTS
We were tired of losing out on bids and loads because we couldn't find the carriers who were running the equipment and lanes we needed.
YOUR ONLY OPTIONS UNTIL NOW HAVE BEEN:
LOAD BOARDS: Work like a charm when carriers call you. If you’re forced to call carriers with posted trucks? Be prepared to open your wallet.
TMS: 80% are one and done carriers. Who knows how many are still active. By the time you wrangle a readable lane search from your TMS you’re off battling six other fires.
YOUR PERSONAL LIST: How long did it take you to put together a list of 20 go-to carriers? Do you have to start building a new list from scratch when you're bidding on loads outside of their preferred lanes?
FMCSA DATABASES: Full of carriers you call blindly hoping you can find a match. Wasting time with all the disconnected numbers, private fleets, and dispatchers who just hang up on you.
GOOGLE: If you’re searching online it’s time to just throw in the towel, go to the track, and put your cash on a 60 to 1 long shot. At least you'll get some fresh air.
A NEW METHOD FOR SOURCING CARRIERS.
We ran into these same limitations when we were brokers. So, we learned everything we could about the FMCSA census file, which is the database that includes info on all for-hire motor carriers.
You've probably searched this database many times before. It is what most vendors provide to do lane searches with.
The problem with using the FMCSA census file to search for carriers is that it is based on self-reported forms that are full of outdated, incomplete, and inaccurate information.
Plus, the info the FMCSA requires is not the info we need as brokers to find carriers who are running the equipment and lanes we need.
What we've done is use our experience as former brokers to make the grueling cold calls for you. We then provide our customers with the info we've collected. This includes trailer types, preferred lanes, specializations, along with direct phone and email info to each carrier's dispatch/sales department.
During this process, we've removed all the carriers who don't belong. We've taken out all the disconnected numbers, private fleets, garbage trucks, tow trucks, etc. for you.
Now with a few clicks of your mouse, you can skip over all the time wasting searches, and go straight to the carriers you need to win more bids, cover more loads, and make more margin.
