It looks like 40% of carriers still need to do the final migration from AOBRD logs to ELDs by December 16, 2019.
While 80% of carriers running AOBRDs are planning on waiting until the last possible minute, there likely won't be much disruption to overall capacity. Certainly, nowhere near the chaos we saw with the ELD mandate in December of 2017.
With that said, it is always good to know what's happening in the market.
