(New weekly polling data added every Monday by 2pm CST.)

RESULTS AS OF: 12/26/2017

Hope everyone had a very merry Christmas.

We are now one week into the ELD era, and our weekly results did not change much at all.  This past week over 327 interviews the ELD compliance rate dropped one point to 72%.  Our three week moving average though also dropped by one point to 73%.

The news of the week focused on ELD enforcement.  It seems most jurisdictions are taking a light approach so far.  We will have to see what happens when or if enforcement becomes tougher.
